Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you choose to withdraw your participation or cancel your registration, the following policies apply:

• Cancellations made more than 5 months (150 days) before the event:
  Eligible for a 100% refund, with applicable service charges and taxes deducted.
• Cancellations made between 5 months and 3 months (150 to 90 days) before the event:
  Eligible for a 50% refund, with applicable service charges and taxes deducted.
• Cancellations made within 2 months (60 days) of the event:
  No refund will be provided, as necessary arrangements and facilities would already have been reserved for the participant.
  
  Refund Processing Time:
  Refund amounts, as applicable under the above policies, will be processed and credited within 15 working days from the date of approval.

   

• No refunds are provided for:
  • Force majeure-related event postponements
  • E-Poster payments
  • Discounted registrations

Right to Refuse Admission

Innovatex Conferences reserves the right to deny or refuse admission to any individual, participant, group, institution, or organization without assigning any reason.

Force Majeure

• Events may be cancelled due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of God, wars, national emergencies, terrorism, fires, explosions, strikes, lockouts, floods, riots, arson, or civil/political disturbances. These situations are considered Force Majeure.
• In any Force Majeure situation, Innovatex Conferences is not liable—financially or otherwise—and no compensation or refunds will be provided to participants, delegates, or contributors.
