Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel, please email contact@innovatexconference.com. Refunds are processed according to the conference cancellation policy.

Refunds depend on the time of cancellation:

  • More than 150 days before the event: 80% refund
  • 150–90 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Less than 60 days before the event: No refund
