Augustine Aboagye Botwe is a PhD student in Measurements, Evaluation and Data Science at the University of Alberta in Canada, where he also works as a graduate research assistant. His academic and professional background spans over 20 years in strategic evaluation and monitoring, including roles with international organizations such as UNICEF, focusing on evidence generation to improve outcomes for women, children, and vulnerable groups. Botwe’s doctoral research examines culturally safe healthcare delivery and its effects on health outcomes for refugee children, aiming to inform policy and enhance service access. He holds a master’s degree in social research and evaluation and has international field experience across multiple regions.

Sarinder Kaur is a distinguished academic at the University of Malaya, where she serves as Associate Professor at the Data Science & Bioinformatics Laboratory, Institute of Biological Sciences, Faculty of Science. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Kings University College, Malaysia. Her academic journey and research career have been driven by a commitment to harnessing data for impactful, real-world solutions, particularly in the domains of AI, data science, bioinformatics, health informatics, and database technology. Sarinder earned her PhD in Bioinformatics as well as her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from the University of Malaya.
