In addition, she chairs both the ISO Committee and the Graduate Attributes Committee and works as a consultant for Vision Colleges. Her research interests focus on child and family health, family resilience, child growth and development, chronic childhood illnesses, pediatric nursing practice, models of care, and strategies for effectively dealing with children in healthcare settings. Dr. Katooa has extensive expertise in conducting quantitative and mixed-methods research and is actively engaged in advancing evidence-based pediatric nursing practice and healthcare quality.
