Gonzalo Leyton is an economist and MSc in economics. He is a adjunct professor of health economics at the School of Public Health - University of Chile. I work at the Superintendence of Health (SoH) of Chile.He was the Representative of the SoH on issues related to the economic evaluation of health interventions. He participated as technical counterpart in the last five Health System Reform projects. In 2019 he was invited by the Minister of Health to the technical team of the Reform.He was a postgraduate professor of health economic evaluation topics. He was in charge of the whole calculation process of the Risk Equalization Fund (REF) in health.Hewas economic advisor to the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economy.He was focal point for health indicators for the Ibero-American Social Security Organization.He participed in a consulting “Proposal for a Sustainable Financing Model for Mental Health in Chile” commissioned by the Minsal and financed by the IDB.

Simone Rossi, MD, PhD, Professor of Human Physiology. He was also Neurologist and Neurophysiologist, currently leading the Brain Investigation & Neuromodulation Lab (Si-BIN Lab) at the Department of Neuroscience, Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology Unit, University of Siena, where I also lead the Parkinson’s disease clinical activity.He also have a national full professorship habilitation in Neurology.International leader in the field of noninvasive brain stimulation where my contributions include: technical developments (one patent for a new sham coil for TMS); use and developments of noninvasive brain stimulation techniques (TMS, tDCS, tACS) as neuroimaging procedures in cognitive neuroscience, with a focus on memory, therapeutic neuromodulatory tools in neuropsychiatry, and neurohenancement (including ethical issues); Individuation of neurophysiological markers of psychiatric diseases; noninvasive investigation of neural plasticity mechanisms and brain connectivity, studied with EEG, TMS-EEG combination and rsFMR. He had been member of the Editorial Board of “Behavioural Neurology”, of “Brain Stimulation”, of ISNR Neurology and of Clinical Neurophysiology and President of the Italian Society of Psychophysiology. He was also occasional reviewer of 90 international scientific journals in neurology, neurophysiology, psychiatry and neuroscience areas (including Nature Reviews Neurology, Neurology, Annals of Neurology, J. Neurosci., Trends in Cogn. Sci., Curr. Biol., Biol. Psychiatry, Am. J. Psychiatry, etc…..). I’m Referee for the European Research Council, for the Medical Research Council (MRC) UK, for The French National Research Agency (ANR), for the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research, for the Israeli Scientific Foundation, for the Weston Brain Institute. Reviewer of the Italian Ministry of Reaserach for the evaluation of scientific production of Italian Universities. He have been- granted as Unit Leader in many Italian research projects and is responsible of the local neuroscientifc aspects in two European granted projects in Robotics (with Prof. Domenico Prattichizzo).

Marcelo Fernandes da Costa holds a degree in Orthoptics from the Federal University of São Paulo-Paulista School of Medicine (1997). Worked as a clinical orthoptist at AACD from 1998-2000. Holds a master's degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from the University of São Paulo (2001) and a doctorate in Neuroscience and Behavior from the University of São Paulo (2004). Post-doctoral studies in Neuroscience at the Biomedical Institute for Research in Light and Image (IBILI) of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra, Portugal;
Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Discipline of Sensory and Perceptual Psychology at the Department of Experimental Psychology of the Institute of Psychology at the University of São Paulo; Deputy Head of the Department of Experimental Psychology; Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Neuroscience and Behavior at the Institute of Psychology of USP (CAPES 5); Member of the Postgraduate Program in Experimental Psychology at the Institute of Psychology of USP (CAPES 7); Treasurer of the Brazilian Society for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology. He is a member of the editorial board, as well as a reviewer of articles, for national and international journals.
Has experience in the area of Basic Processes of Psychology, Physiological Psychology, Psychology of Sensation and Perception, with emphasis on Sensory Psychophysiology (Development of Basic Sensory-perceptual Visual Functions) and Neuroscience and Behavior (emphasis on the visual sensory and perceptual system and psychophysiological development of perceptual processes), mainly working on the following topics: Theoretical and Applied Psychophysics, Clinical Visual Electrophysiology, Color Perception, Spatial Vision, Visual Sensory Development, Visual Neural Pathways, Individuals with Multiple Disabilities.
He conducts his research activities at the Vision Laboratory, an applied research area for the study of diseases of the visual system within the Sector of Psychophysics and Clinical Visual Electrophysiology, in the area of Sensory Psychophysiology.

He has extensive experience in adult psychiatry, with a particular interest in neuropsychiatry, complex mental health conditions, and service development. He has been actively involved in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient care. He has contributed to research and academic activities focused on improving diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic outcomes in psychiatric and neurological disorders.
