Alongside her academic role, Meenal currently works as a Research Project Manager at The University of Queensland’s School of Dentistry, facilitating an NHMRC-funded national research project focused on improving equitable access to oral healthcare for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities. Throughout her PhD candidature, Meenal has presented her research at a range of national and international conferences and academic forums, contributing Pacific perspectives to broader conversations on inclusive healthcare and disaster resilience. Her PhD research has also received recognition through research and conference awards. She is passionate about translating research into practical policy, service improvement and meaningful community impact across Fiji, Australia and the Pacific.

Ishaque Hameed is a medical professional serving in the Department of Medicine at MedStar Health in Baltimore, USA. Jaraline Kirubavathy K. is an interdisciplinary academic, researcher, and technology professional, currently serving as Assistant Professor at KCG College of Technology, Chennai, India, with over 17 years of professional experience spanning industry, higher education, and research. She holds a Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, India, in the interdisciplinary field encompassing Public Health, Epidemiology, Climate Change Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence. She also holds a postgraduate degree in VLSI Design and a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Her multidisciplinary expertise spans Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, computational modelling, environmental and climate data analytics, epidemiological modelling, signal processing, embedded systems, and data-driven intelligent algorithms. Her research interests focus on leveraging computational intelligence and emerging technologies to address complex challenges at the intersection of technology, environmental sustainability, and public health. She has published several research articles in Web of Science- and Scopus-indexed journals and is actively engaged in interdisciplinary research, academic mentoring, professional development, and collaborative research initiatives.

Zuhaib F. Bhat is working as a Professor in the Division of Livestock Products Technology at SKUAST-Kashmir (India). He was awarded his PhD from Lincoln University (Department of Wine, Food and Molecular Biosciences), New Zealand, in collaboration with the University of Otago (Department of Food Science). Dr. Bhat has more than 16 years of research experience. He has published more than 100 research papers, 60 review articles, 40 book chapters and 03 books. He has an h-index of 60 and an i10 index of 166. He has guided more than 15 postgraduate students and has received several national and international awards and fellowships [such as Lincoln Doctoral Scholarship (New Zealand); Netaji-Subhas ICAR International Fellowship; Scientific High-Level Visiting Fellowship (France); Macmillan Brown 2018 (New Zealand); fellowship to visit the University of Reading (UK); Travel award from the New Zealand Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (Germany); Best Poster Presentation Award by NZIFST (New Zealand); Young Faculty Award-2014 (India) and Faculty Research Award (India)]. His name has been included in the Stanford-Elsevier Top 2% Scientists List since 2021. He is on the editorial board of several national and international journals and has handled many externally funded projects.

Rocío Vicente-García is a predoctoral researcher in Gender Violence and Public Health ,  holds a Master's degree in Communication and Creative Industries (Comincrea) (2014-2015), and  a Bachelor's degree in Sociology (2016-2021) and in Advertising and Public Relations (2010-2014). She recently completed a postgraduate course in Gender Violence: An Interdisciplinary Approach (2023-2024) at the University of Alicante (UA). She is employed as a teaching and research staff member in Health Sciences, specifically in the Department of Community Nursing, Preventive Medicine and Public Health, and History of Science. Her research focuses on the planning, policies, promotion, and communication of public health measures related to gender violence.

In her development as a researcher she participates in European research projects, including ISEDA “Innovative Solutions to Eliminate Domestic Abuse” focused on combating and eliminating gender violence.

Zayed Ibnul Hasan is a student at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He is pursuing higher education in engineering and is actively engaged in academic and campus activities.

Ruiming Li is a researcher affiliated with the Post-doctoral research centre, Foundation for Globalization and Fairness, Thailand. His research interests include sociolinguistics, intercultural communication, social identity, and sustainability-related behavior. His interdisciplinary research focuses on the relationships among cultural norms, institutional environments, and individual attitudes and practices. At this conference, he presents a conceptual framework for understanding green food consumption among male researchers in Chinese higher education institutions, integrating perspectives from environmental cognition, health beliefs, institutional clim ate, and masculinity norms.

Xingyu Chen is a full‑time faculty member at the School of Finance and Economics, Chongqing Industry & Trade Polytechnic. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, with interdisciplinary academic background spanning preschool education, accounting and management. Her research interests include AIGC digital industry, digital cultural‑tourism upgrading, cross‑border e‑commerce, vocational education internationalization, and AI‑enabled health‑literacy among professional groups. Her interdisciplinary research applies grounded‑theory methodology to explore technology‑driven industrial transformation as well as public‑health‑related topics. She has published multiple SCI journal papers with more than 200 citations. She is experienced in semi‑structured interview, qualitative empirical investigation, English academic writing and research project application. At this conference, she presents a grounded‑theory‑based process model for enhancing health literacy among female teachers in China, integrating her expertise in technology application and qualitative empirical research.

Jithin K. Sreedharan is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Respiratory Therapy at the University of Manitoba, where he leads academic and clinical education in respiratory care.He holds advanced degrees in respiratory therapy, including a BSc and MSc in Respiratory Therapy and a PhD specific to the field, making him one of the pioneering scholars in respiratory care education globally. Sreedharan’s work bridges clinical practice, higher education leadership, and research, with interests in allied healthcare education, quality improvement, and evidence-based respiratory care. Claudia Hallal-Calleros is a researcher and academic at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (UAEM), Mexico. Mrs. Nsabimana Mick is a medical doctor, academic, and researcher based in Burundi. After ten years of clinical practice, she pursued a Master’s degree in Public Health Sciences, earning a diploma in Nutritional Epidemiology. She currently serves as the Deputy Director of Academic Services and a lecturer at Université Lumière de Bujumbura. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she is a PhD candidate whose research focuses on cardiovascular diseases, contributing to the advancement of public health knowledge.

Carla Calderón-Figueroa is a public health professional from Chile, affiliated with Universidad Santo Tomás. Her academic and professional interests focus on population health, disease prevention, and health promotion. Ning Ma is a Researcher at the Hangzhou Institute of Medical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has presided over multiple national and international funded research projects and published numerous high-level academic papers.
He earned his Doctorate in Biophysics from the University of Science and Technology of China. He previously worked at the Brain Science Center of RIKEN in Japan. He also holds concurrent appointments as a Researcher at the Psychological Science Research Center of Zhejiang University and a Professor at the School of Computer Science, Hangzhou Dianzi University. Researcher Ning Ma has long been engaged in the fields of cognitive neuroscience and brain disease rehabilitation. His research focuses on the interdisciplinary integration of artificial intelligence and brain science, covering the neural computational mechanisms underlying human cognitive decision-making and other behaviors, the research and development of intelligent diagnosis and treatment technologies for brain diseases, and the development of intelligent computing tools for life sciences. He has developed an early screening system for autism based on eye-tracking technology, which has been deployed and applied in the health system. He has promoted the nationwide implementation of the "AI + VR Cognitive Function Rehabilitation Platform" in more than 600 hospitals across China, serving over 200,000 patients. The platform has obtained medical device registration certification and EU CE certification.

Omar Abdulkarim Saeed Alhammadi is a Biomedical Scientist and Laboratory Technician. His current roles as Program Coordinator of Global Health Focus (GHF) Organisation and team leader of researcher and healthcare professionals demonstrate extensive efforts and collaboration in promoting education, scientific contribution, academic publications and multidisciplinary approach. Dr. Omar is a Global Health Emerging Leader and an Independent Researcher from the University of Hargeisa with credited at Web of Science (WoS). As a member of Digital Health Research Group of GHF, he made several scientific contribution including peer-reviewed articles and successful publications that addressing digital health challenges in Yemen, Somalia and Kurdistan region of Iraq. Dr. Omar is a Digital Health Project Leader and System Change Citizen within IMAGI-NATION; the Australian network well-known as (AIME), focusing on the development of innovative healthcare solutions and digital tools for all. Agnieszka Jankowicz-Szymańska – PhD, Vice-Rector for Science and Development at the University of Applied Sciences in Tarnów, Poland, is a physiotherapist, hippotherapist, and sports instructor for people with disabilities. She is actively involved in the development of scientific research in the fields of physiotherapy, health promotion, functional diagnostics, and the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. She combines clinical, teaching, and research experience, focusing on promoting evidence-based practice. Associate Professor Ir. Dr. Norrima Mokhtar is a distinguished academic and Professional Engineer (Ir.) at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Malaya. With a career spanning over two decades, she specializes in Artificial Intelligence (AI), signal processing, and human-machine interfaces. Dr. Norrima’s research is at the forefront of assistive technology, having led high-impact projects such as EOG-controlled wheelchairs and BCI-driven systems. An alumna of Oita University, Japan, and a recipient of the prestigious Panasonic Scholarship, she has authored over 140 publications in top-tier journals. Mateusz Grajek, PhD, DSc, is a researcher, psychologist, and public health specialist at the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Public Health in Bytom, Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. His academic and research work focuses primarily on public health, psychology, epidemiology, health promotion, and the psychosocial determinants of health. His research interests include mental health, health behaviours, eating behaviours and disorders, chronic stress, psycho-oncology, and health-related quality of life. He is actively involved in interdisciplinary research, academic teaching, and health promotion and prevention initiatives. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications in the fields of public health, psychology, and health sciences.

Marianne Vanderschuren PhD CEng FSAICE FICE graduated from 3 different Dutch Universities with a BSc Eng (1989), an MSc Eng (2000) and a PhD (2006). She has over 35 years’ experience in the field of transport engineering and (smart) mobility. For over 10 years, she worked in the Netherlands at TNO Inro, the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research, before joining the University of Cape Town in 2000. She was the 2022 President of the South African Institution for Civil Engineering and won the NSTF 2022 Special Theme Award: Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development. Marianne holds the DSI-NRF/CSIR Co-funded Smart Mobility Research Chair, growing the South African knowledge base and developing the next generation transport professionals. Her people centric research puts major emphasis on vulnerable road users, transport equity and sustainability, including energy efficiency and the reduction of road crashes. Marianne’s modelling includes the accessibility of emergency care facilities, as well as the accessibility of the transport system for people with disabilities.

Pearl Nana Yaa Adubea Hammond is a Lecturer in the Department of Counselling Psychology, University of Education, Winneba, Ghana, and a Professional Counselling Psychologist. Her research and professional interests focus on child and adolescent mental health, psychosocial well-being, trauma-informed care, counselling interventions, digital approaches to mental health and counselling services, and research integrity. She is an Executive Committee (EXCO) Member of the African Research Integrity Network (ARIN) and actively contributes to research, teaching, professional development, and initiatives that promote ethical and evidence-based practice. She is committed to advancing innovative, accessible, and patient-centred approaches to mental health and well-being, particularly through interdisciplinary collaboration and the responsible application of digital technologies in healthcare and counselling. Her work contributes to strengthening psychosocial support, improving mental health outcomes, and promoting ethical and evidence-informed practices within health and academic settings.

Melissa Rivera Marano, Psy.D. obtained both her Masters and Doctorate degrees from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. Dr. Rivera Marano has provided assessment and therapy services as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist since 2001. During her career she has worked as an administrator of a youth based community organization and program researcher. She is an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University teaching graduate students Cognitive Assessment and Learning Disability. She also co-teaches an Intro to Clinical and School Psychology undergraduate course.Dr. Rivera Marano is on the Medical Staff of Monmouth Medical Center working with the Regional Newborn Extension Program. Dr. Rivera Marano is also published. As a private practitioner Dr. Rivera Marano provides clinical services to children through adults. Her clinical specialties include treatment of Anxiety Disorders using a Cognitive Behavioral Approach along with validated techniques that are individualized to each patient.  Incorporation of mind-body understanding and techniques are integrated into the work with patients. Dr. Rivera Marano’s assessment services include neuropsychological assessment, pre-surgical assessment for bariatric surgery, psychological evaluation and forensic evaluation. She also provides psychological assessment and treatment for individuals involved in immigration proceedings, workers compensation and auto Injury.  Dr. Rivera Marano is a former Board Trustee on NAMI NJ and the New Jersey Psychological Association Foundation of New Jersey. Dr. Rivera Marano is an active member of the Latino Psychological Association of New Jersey, National Latino Psychological Association and New Jersey Psychological Association.

Davy Ng has been an IT Panel Head at a local secondary school in Hong Kong and a Visiting Scholar at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He holds PhD Education and Technology from the University of Hong Kong (HKU), MEd Educational Psychology, BSc Computer Science, and Postgraduate qualification in ICT Education from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). His research interests lie in the areas of (Generative) AI literacy, metaverse and STEAM education, and technology-enhanced pedagogic innovation. He has published around 50 articles, many in Q1 journals, and authored a book on AI literacy that obtained the China New Development Award from Springer Nature in 2023. He was a recipient of HKU Foundation Publication Award for Research Postgraduate, Social Innovation Leadership Award at CUHK, and Outstanding Paper Award in the International Postgraduate Roundtable and Research Forum at the Education University of Hong Kong. He has been named in the 2024 Stanford's List of World's Top 2% Scientists in Education. He achieved an h-index of 25 over the years.

Carolina Carvajal Villalba is a faculty member in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Unidad Central del Valle del Cauca (UCEVA) in Tuluá, Colombia, and is also affiliated with the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at Universidad San Buenaventura in Cali. Her academic work bridges health sciences and social sciences, with a focus on interdisciplinary research and education.

Mbanba Ziblilla Yakubu serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Applied Economics at the University for Development Studies, Ghana. His research and teaching focus on global health economics and sustainability, public financial management, and e-government. Currently, he explores factors that affect health, quality of life, and well-being, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
